Here Kitty Kitty....


Good evening faithful readers...

I just read an article about a cat that I found interesting. It seems that this cat who lives in a nursing home in Providence R.I. is capable of knowing who is about to die. He has the uncanny knack of snuggling with patients who usually die within 4 hours. No joke.

I'm not sure what to make of this. Our cat, Lady (who we recently had to have put to sleep)...curled up around Mindy almost obsessively just before we found out that Mindy was pregnant. It was odd. She would circle around Mindy and meow in an unusual way. We are convinced the cat could sense the pregnancy long before the doctor (or us) even knew...

What do you think? Is this coincidental? Do cats have an innate sense about them regarding life and death? Like Leonard Nimoy would say...We are "In Search Of" an answer...
