Greetings faithful reader...
Well midnight has come and gone. In response to those that said "surely you weren't at Best Buy picking up Halo 3 at midnight..." I can assure you...I wasn't
It was Wal-Mart.
Yep. Me and 30 or so of my fellow space marines were standing in line waiting to get our copy of the hyped up uber-awesome Halo 3. Then I went home.
My intentions were good. The TV show was finished...it was 12:30AM...I could just pop it in and try it out for a little bit.
I went to bed at 2:45AM. I am tired. But I am thrilled. The game is phenomenal. I played through 1 full level and 1 multiplayer map.
Now I know there will be some that say...pastor Brian...is that any way to spend your evening... Freeing the Earth from the clutches of the evil Covenant and Flood? Isn't that irresponsible of your time? Isn't there something else you could have done? Isn't this a long post? Yes to all three.
But once in awhile....just sitting down and doing something totally mindless is alright.
There..I said it. "The brain" got to turn his off for a little while and just be. I actually feel better this morning as a result of the relaxation. So if you've learned anything from this post I hope it's this: North America has only 2 species of marsupials. [NOTE - After exhaustive research...I've learned that the original website that I used to present that fact was wrong...there is only 1 N/A Marsupial - The Opossum...I am deeply saddened by this and can only hope that there is some place deep within the recesses of your heart that you can forgive me this egregious error. A thousand pardons faithful readers... I guess I would have been sharper...but I didn't sleep too much last night]

PS: This is my 300th post to this blog....Halo 3 = 300 Posts? Noticing a "3" thing here? Creepy huh? Not scary creepy...more like "the old guy from the amusement park in the rubber mask at the end of Scooby Doo" kinda creepy...Savvy?

OK Pastor Brian, I' bite. What are the 2 species of marsupials in North America? I know one because evry now and then I have one invade my front porch.
Don't know...the website I got that from didn't list them...I know the opossum is one...mmmm...maybe their info was wrong...
Let's just say squirrel is the other.

Brian I did a little research and found this 7th graders theory on why the opossum is the only marsupial in N.A. It's hard to say for sure, but it probably was a combination of not being able to compete with new species of placental mammals, and simple chance. When placental mammals compete with marsupials for the same resources, the placentals often seem to win.

dude i was at games stop. you let me down man walmart? what the crap. i am shocked that they didn't sell he game before midnight like they usually do iligally for other games. madden! well joey and i were up late actually i didn't go to sleep hahaha! started playing at 1am mo left at 2am joey fell asleep at about 6am and i was saying good morning to my parents while sniping a man to get my level up to 8 on single slayer xbox live. yeah i guess i didn't like the game huh?
