Break on Thru


Greetings faithful readers...

Been awhile since I've blogged about the weight loss. I don't do it simply because the weight is coming off much slower than it used to...however...this morning I woke up and checked the scale:





I finally broke through the 200 pound limit. 199!!!! I know it's only 1 pound but I'm so happy. I haven't been sub-200 since I got married. Only 14 more pounds to go. That will bring my total weight loss to 41 pounds. For now...I've lost a tidy 27 pounds! I've been running 2 miles a night and working out a few times a week at the gym (ab crunches...ouch!)

I'm also working on my mind. Reading much more than I used to...right now I'm digging into three books..."Ideas that Stick" (Audiobook - listen while you run!)..."The Starbucks Experience" and "Mac OS X - Leopard Manual" (All 700 pages!).

Finally posted my first video devotional on www.frclive.blogspot.com...if you know someone who lives out of the area...send them on over to the Internet Campus and the campus blog!

That's about it for tonight... I've got some cool posts coming...I'm just trying to find the time to post them...

PS..this year I'm going out for Black Friday...with my video camera... for another video blog post....I wonder if IKEA is running a pre-Christmas sale?

It's a wonderful feeling when you see that nasty scale give you your credit due; now it's time to plan for Thanksgiving dinner!

Congrats Brian! Do you know how many calories reading all 700 pages of the Leopard manual will burn?
