New Years Eve

Greetings Faithful Readers...

Well here it is...New Years Eve...and things couldn't be more fun at the Vasil Castle. I'm installing a light and working on screencasts for the internet campus...Mindy is making deserts for tomorrow's New Years Day meal...Brianna is playing with her cousin....and the pets are being the pets.

Maybe I'll ring in the New Year with a little Dave Letterman...and eating a bowl of low fat shredded wheat. Seriously.

On the bright side...I did get to run tonight for the first time in a couple of weeks. The shin splints are healed and I got to go about 2 and a half miles! I'm 11 pounds away from my goal weight of 185. It seems as if the pounds are creeping off now...
